The original space was practical but tired, with a layout that no longer suited how people live today. Our goal was to completely re-imagine it—opening it up, improving natural light, and creating a home that feels welcoming, efficient, and thoughtfully finished from top to bottom.
We handled the conversion from start to finish, carefully adapting the existing structure while meeting all current building and residential standards. The new layout makes smart use of the available footprint, creating clearly defined living, kitchen, and sleeping areas without the space ever feeling cramped.
High-quality materials were used throughout, with a focus on durability, clean lines, and a modern aesthetic that will stand the test of time.
